The passageways in the exhibition are narrow; therefore, it is necessary to use a baby carrier, for example. Strollers may be brought into the museum building only on the condition that they are left in designated areas for the duration of the visit, or in another suitable place as agreed with the museum staff.
Of course it is. The use of the tripod is subject to the condition that it must not create an obstacle to other visitors and the museum staff reserve the right to restrict the use of the tripod. We will be happy if you tag your photos posted on social media with @muzeumkrkonos or the hashtag #muzeumkrkonos.

The café is open not only to visitors to the Krkonoše Museum, but also to passers-by, who can enter via Husova Street.

A simple question, but difficult to answer… In an hour you will walk through the museum and get a first impression of it. We usually recommend two hours for the tour. If you watch some of the videos, three hours will fly by and you won’t even know how. In any case, you will probably leave thinking that you have to come back at least once more because you didn’t manage to see everything. And we would love to see you again :-).
