The limit width for safe passage through the exposition is 80 cm. If your pram is wider, you can park it in the cloakroom. A larger number of prams in the exhibition may restrict the passage of other visitors. The museum staff are authorised to restrict entry to visitors with prams for safety reasons.

Of course it is. The use of the tripod is subject to the condition that it must not create an obstacle to other visitors and the museum staff reserve the right to restrict the use of the tripod. The Krkonoše Museum has a museum café where you can relax and refresh yourself.

The café is accessible not only to visitors of the Krkonoše Museum, but also to random passers-by who can get there through the original entrance to the monastery from Husova Street.

Café opening hours:
Mon: closed
Tue-Fri: 9:00–17:30
Sat-Sun: 9:00–17:00

A simple question, but difficult to answer… In an hour you will walk through the museum and get a first impression of it. We usually recommend two hours for the tour. If you watch some of the videos, three hours will fly by and you won’t even know how. In any case, you will probably leave thinking that you have to come back at least once more because you didn’t manage to see everything. And we would love to see you again :-).
